Winemaking In stainless steel tank with controlled temperature, fermentations begin at 28° C and fall down until 25°C during 10 days. Some cuvées are vinified in flash detente. This operation consists in putting refrigerated berries in vacuum-packed in a tank so that fruits cells burst before fermentation. It permits an optimum extraction of polyphenol and aromas.

Nose powerful, with hints of red and black fruits
Mouth flexible and soft tannins with good aromatic intensity
