This wine is perfect as an aperitif and with various starters vegetarian dips, salads, but also with tagliatels with seafood sauce, pastis flambe shrimp and sheep cheese.

Winemaking | De-stemmed, racking of the must and cold skin maceration. Enzyme addition then fermentation at low temperatures to 16°C -17°C. Maturing is lies about 2 to 3 months after the vinification. Steel vats, chilled, for fermentation and storage. |

Nose | pleasant nose of exotic fruit and ginger bread, notes of pineapple, grapefruit, fennel and licorice |
Mouth | full bodied, fresh and persistent |
