|Soil||alternating layers of clay limestone, red earth with oxidised iron, grey or yellow marlstone or red or green sandstone.|
A wine storehouse of 100m² on three storage floors which facilitates organisation and optimises the space. Traditional vinification using gravity, robotic grape stomping, fermentation at controlled temperatures, long vatting periods, and gentle extraction. Aged in barrels.
