Soil clay-limestone soil
Winemaking Harvested by night the grapes are shortly macerated in the press (2 to 4 hours). Intense juice racking, to ferment a very pure juice. After yeasting the fermentation will last 15 to 20 days at 14-16°C.
Robe pink and intense.
Nose fresh and fruity with notes of strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrant
Mouth fresh but well structured
Serving temperature 10°C.
