|Winemaking||Destemmed, the grapes are putted into stainless style vats. Part of this wine carries out a short maceration between 24 and 26°C. The other part, holter 26-28°C will macerated longer 15-18 days. The decality of this winemaking technic, brings all the complexity of this blend all together fruity and spicy.|
