Winemaking | The vinification is traditional, in a light, renovated cellar, with long vatting time. Partial maturing (40%) in oak casks. Bottling of one single cuvee, matured in bottles for 12 months. |
Robe | rather deep ruby red colour |
Nose | aromatic and fruity, underlined by a beautiful touch of oaky vanilla |
Mouth | a tasty red wine with lovely supple tannins, nice and smooth, developing to notes of garrigue and ripe cherries |
