This wine works well served chilled as an aperitif but also pairs with oily fish and white meats in a sauce. 

Varietal 100% Muscaris.
Soil The vines are planted on the Roussillon plains, on very stony soils along the lower terraces.
Winemaking The grapes are destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press after short cold soaking in a protected atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10 to 15 days at low temperatures (14-16°C) to fully express the varietal aromatics.
Tasting Clear golden hue with green tints. The nose is elegant with Muscat-like notes. The palate is fresh with notes of white-fleshed fruits and apricot. Balanced and subtle throughout.
