Consuming vegan products demonstrates altruism and a holistic approach to Life, showing respect for it and defending every aspect of it. Our company is certified vegan by the European V-Label, a process we began in 2017 and which implies a commitment by our suppliers and partners.
The vineyards are farmed organically and are certified by Ecocert.
|Soil||The vineyards are located in two areas – in western Aude and the terraces of the Corbières around Fabrezan.|
|Winemaking||Harvesting is done entirely by machine by night. The crop is entirely destemmed before entering the tanks. Fermentation then follows at controlled temperatures of around 26°C to start with, dropping to 22°C at the end of fermentation which lasts for 25 to 30 days. Regular, frequent pumping over is designed to reveal the varietal’s full potential. Fermentation uses wild yeasts with limited amounts of SO2 and no fining. None of the inputs are of animal origin or tested on animals.|
|Tasting Note||This wine is a fusion of the finesse of the Grenache and the body of the Cabernet. It is finely fruity and spicy on the nose whilst the palate unfurls harmoniously due to the ripe, soft tannins.|
