|Winemaking||Harvests are mechanic and manual according to a strict selection at the terroir, taking into account the ripeness of each plot. This Malbec is issued from traditional vinification, without the use of enzymes, with short maceration of about 5 – 8 days. The highest attention is paid to the quality of the tannins.|
