Delightful as an aperitif and with seafood, it will continue the meal as an accompaniment to grilled fish, fresh pasta with herbs from Provence or blue veined cheeses. Le Carla is sumptuous with lemon tarts or lemon meringue pie.

|Winemaking||Mechanical harvesting according to a strict selection at the terroir, taking into account the maturity of each parcel. Skin maceration in a press with protection against oxidation (a few hours), pressing, stabilization in cold tanks for 5 to 7 days, settling of the must, fermentation at low temperature, matured on fine lees in thermo regulated stainless steel vats.|
