Winemaking The grapes are picked by hand and go direct-to-press. The juice is then refrigerated to promote natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures of between 14 and 16°C to develop floral aromas.
Tasting Note A fresh, aromatic wine with lengthy persistency, lots of finesse and lovely hazelnut presence. Drinking temperature: 10 to 12 °C. Drink within the first 2 years after bottling.
